SWEET BANANA ROLL Hello peeps!!! We are almost stepping to 2018๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€. So this is the last post of this year & we can bid adieu to 2017 on a  sweet note. So todays recipe is a sweet snack which is very simple & easy to prepare ( like in 15 minutes ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ) . Do try this recipe & let us know how it was in the comments section below & do not forget to subscribe our blog to get updated ☺☺☺☺☺. ๐ŸŒ Sweet banana roll ๐ŸŒ ************************ Ingredients ************ 1) Banana sliced - 2 2) Egg - 2 3) Grated coconut - 3 - 4 tbsp 4) Sugar - 3 sp 5) Chopped cashews - 6 - 7 nos. 6) Raisins - 5 7) Cardamom powder - 1/4 sp 8) Ghee - 2 tbsp 9) Oil - 1 tbsp Method ******** Heat a pan , pour ghee in it & fry cashew & raisins.  Beat eggs & put into the pan & scramble it  . Add grated coconut , sugar & cardamom powder into it & mix well. Now in another pan pour oil & saute bananas for a while . Place the prepared mixture in

The pungent & fresh flavour of orange is so refreshing & the sweetness of condensed milk add more taste to the delightful recipe. Double boil gelatin until it dissolves. Cool & keep it aside. Beat fresh cream & condensed milk in a bowl. Pour orange juice into it & mix well. Mix gelatin into it & pour into a mould . Chill over
